DFA 41 filtration system
The DFA 41 filtration system incorporates a sophisticated scraping self-cleaning filter from the series DFA, which is coupled in series with two parallel side single bag filters of the BFS series in a Meticulously designed skate layout.
Manufactured with wetted components in 316L stainless steel, the DFA 41 automatic filter is equipped with a calibrated high-performance filter profile made of 316L stainless steel, offering a filtration index of 25 μm and a filtration surface of 0.41 m². The system inlets and outlets are fitted with DN50 flange connections complying with DIN standards, with EPDM gaskets. Operating under a design pressure of 10 bar, the system includes the system filtration with a control unit, the differential pressure transmitter, the automatic purge valve, pipe fittings and a set of 5 manual butterfly valves (FCD+EPDM+316L). The chassis carrier, constructed of carbon steel (CS) and coated with epoxy paint, guarantees structural stability. There internal surface of all filter housings is carefully processed by 120 mesh polishing, while that the external surface has an elegant microblasted finish.
