Oil skimmer

Bandskimmers turn half above, and and half below the liquid level.

The leak oil which floats on the processing liquid is absorbed by an oil-absorbing coating. This coating is applied to a band which is running through the processing fluid. Subsequently the oil (above the liquid) is scraped off the wheel.
